Сливочный суп с лососем

Лук – 100 грамм

Лосось – 350 грамм

Сливки – 200 миллилитров

Картофель – 150 грамм

Морковь – 50 грамм

Соевый соус – не более 50 миллилитров

Кукуруза – 50 грамм

Растительное или оливковое масло

Соль и специи – по вкусу


1. Лосось нужно нарезать кубиками размером 2-3 сантиметра, далее мелко нарежьте морковь в форме полуколец и порежьте картофель кубиками.

2. В мультиварке поставьте режим «Выпечка» или «Жарка», после этого обжарьте лосось с овощами в течение примерно 8-10 минут.

3. Как только лосось и овощи слегка обжарятся, вы можете добавить сливки, соль, картофель и специи, сверху залейте все соевым соусом.

4. Теперь запустите режим “суп” на 1 час. Через час мультиварка отключите, а суп будет готов.

5. Если вы любите наваристые супы – добавьте в суп сливочное масло, лососевый суп станет гораздо насыщеннее и нежнее.
